ThatApp stores the complete revision history of every record — every field change, every comment, every status update — from the moment you connected the platform.
Browsing a record's history
In the Sync interface, navigate to any record and click the History tab. You will see a chronological log of every change made to that record:
- Which field changed
- What the value was before and after
- Who made the change
- When the change was made
Viewing a record at a specific point in time
Click any historical entry to see the complete state of the record at that moment — all field values as they existed then, not just the changed field.
This is useful for answering questions like "what did this deal look like before the stage changed?" or "what were the client's details when we created this contract?"
Revision timeline
Ask AVA: "Show me the revision timeline for this record." AVA presents the history as a readable narrative — not a raw change log. This is faster than reading the raw log when you want to understand what happened without decoding every field name.
Comment timeline
Ask AVA: "Show me the comment timeline for this record." This shows the complete comment history in chronological order, separate from field changes. Useful for reconstructing a conversation or reviewing decisions made in comments.
Browsing across a whole app
You can also browse history across all records in an app: Sync → platform → app → Activity Log. This shows all changes made across the entire app in reverse chronological order, filterable by user, date, and change type.
