AVA is the organizational AI layer built into ThatApp. She has read everything in your data lake and can take 173 distinct actions across your connected platforms — all through a chat interface.
What AVA knows
The moment your lake is populated, AVA reads it. She learns your platform structure, your record history, your workflow patterns, and your organizational context. When you start a conversation, she is not starting from zero. She already knows your history.
AVA is not a generic AI assistant. She is not connected to the internet or trained on your industry. She is trained on your specific organizational data. Her knowledge is narrow by design — it is entirely about your organization.
What AVA can do
AVA has 173 tools across seven categories:
- Query and research — find records, search history, answer questions from your data
- Restore and recover — find and restore deleted records, files, and comments
- Automate — build, activate, and manage automation flows
- Generate — create Print documents from your data
- Analyze — run organizational health checks, find duplicates, audit activity
- Manage — update records, invite team members, configure settings
- Connect — authorize and manage platform connections
How to talk to AVA
Plain language. Complete sentences. You do not need to know the name of the tool she is using.
Good: "Find the last five project records updated in Podio before they were deleted." Good: "Build an automation that triggers when a Salesforce opportunity moves to Closed Won." Good: "Generate a contract using our Standard Agreement template for the Acme client."
AVA will ask clarifying questions if she needs more information. She will tell you what she is about to do before she does it, and ask for confirmation before taking any irreversible action.
What AVA will not do
AVA will not access data from platforms you have not connected. She will not take actions outside the 173 tools she has. She will not access data that Mithril security rules have restricted for your role.
