ThatApp bills on five dimensions and nothing else. There are no per-seat fees. Adding team members does not increase your bill.
Records stored — $30 per million records per platform per month
A record is one item, contact, order, ticket, entry, or file in a connected platform. Files attached to records count as records.
Billing is based on the peak daily record count for the month — not the average. If your record count is lower for most of the month but spikes on one day, your billing reflects that peak.
Example: You have 900,000 Podio records on most days. A sync on the 15th brings the count to 1,050,000. Your Podio record billing for that month is calculated on 1,050,000 records ($31.50).
Platform connections — $30 per connected platform per month
Each authorized and connected platform. This covers everything that connection enables: real-time sync, data lake backup, AVA access to that platform's data, IRIS intelligence from that platform, automation flows using that platform, and Mithril security for that platform's data.
There are no feature tiers within a connected platform. Everything is included.
AI tokens — $30 per million tokens per month
Tokens are consumed by AVA conversations, IRIS nightly analysis, automation processing, and Print document generation. Tokens are tracked per organization.
Token billing is model-agnostic. If the underlying AI model changes, your token rate does not change.
SQL databases — $10 per connected database per month
Each directly connected MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL database. SQL records count toward record storage at the standard rate.
RELAY email — $10 per domain, $1.50 per 1,000 emails
RELAY is billed on two components: a flat $10.00 per verified sending domain per month and $1.50 per 1,000 emails sent (transactional and campaign volume count together). Email volume rounds up to the next 1,000.
Inbound email (receiving into Podio via routing rules) is included with the domain fee. Email templates built with Print Templates are included — no per-template fee.
When you are billed
Billing runs on the first of each month for the previous month's usage. You will receive an invoice by email.
