You can check your current billing position at any time โ through AVA or in the Billing dashboard.
Through AVA (fastest)
"What is my usage this month?"
AVA will show you:
- Record count per connected platform (current)
- Number of connected platforms
- Token consumption to date
- Number of connected SQL databases
- RELAY email volume (domains + messages sent)
- Estimated month-end bill based on current usage
Through the Billing dashboard
Navigate to Billing in the main navigation. You will see:
Record usage panel: Record counts for each connected platform. Shows current count, peak count for the month, and the billing count (the peak). Updated daily.
Platform panel: List of connected platforms with their connection date and monthly cost.
Token usage panel: Daily token consumption chart for the current month. Shows breakdown by source: AVA, IRIS, automations, Print.
RELAY email panel: Verified sending domains and a running count of transactional + campaign emails sent this month. Emails round up to the next 1,000 at month-end ($1.50 per 1,000).
Current bill estimate: Real-time estimate of your month-end bill based on current usage. Updates whenever the underlying numbers update.
Understanding the peak billing logic for records
The record count used for billing is the highest single-day count during the billing month. In the billing dashboard, you will see a "Peak record count" line in addition to the current count. Your invoice will use the peak.
If the peak seems higher than expected, check the daily record chart for the date with the highest count and ask AVA what happened on that day.
