Adding a team member is a conversation with AVA, not a form.

Step 1: Tell AVA who you want to add

"I want to invite Sarah from our accounting team."

AVA will ask you a few questions about Sarah's role and access.

Step 2: Define their access

AVA will ask:

  • Which platforms should Sarah be able to access?
  • Which platforms should be restricted?
  • What can Sarah do in AVA conversations โ€” query only, or build and automate?
  • Are there data types Sarah should never see (financial data, payroll, personnel records)?

Answer in plain language. AVA translates your answers into access policy.

Step 3: Review the policy summary

Before sending the invitation, AVA shows you a plain-language summary of what Sarah will and will not be able to access. Review it. If anything is wrong, tell AVA what to change.

Step 4: Invitation sent

AVA sends the invitation. When Sarah accepts and logs in for the first time, she will have a short onboarding conversation with AVA that explains her access.

Defaults that matter

Financial platform data (QuickBooks, accounting tools, payroll systems) is restricted to the account owner by default. If a team member should access financial data, explicitly grant it during setup. The default is always restriction.

There are no per-seat fees. Adding team members does not change your bill.

To change someone's access later

Tell AVA: "Update Sarah's access โ€” remove her access to Salesforce." AVA will confirm and apply the change immediately.
