Important details

Billing rules. Transparent.

Always ceil() to the next million.
1 record = $30. 999,999 records = $30. 1,000,001 records = $60. Always round up to the next increment. Never proportional.
Peak daily count, not average.
Your bill is based on the highest daily record count for the month. Deleting records at month-end does not reduce the bill for that month.
No double-billing on iPaaS connectors.
If a platform is already connected via backup sync (e.g., Podio, Salesforce), using that platform in automations is $0 extra. You only pay the iPaaS connector fee for platforms that are automation-only.
Workflow billing is per step, not per run.
A flow with 5 steps costs $5/month regardless of whether it runs once or ten thousand times. You are billed for the complexity of your automations, not their volume.
